Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

JJ Outlaw Creations LLC will always strive to provide our customers with a quality product and experience. From time to time issues can arise. Due to the complexity of some of the goods / services we provide. We have broken our return and refund policy down into varying options based on the product. JJ Outlaw Creations LLC will not be held liable for any damage to personal property from the application or removal of product from personal property. We here at JJ Outlaw Creations LLC want a community of happy customers. Please feel free to reach out so any issues can be resolved.
Defective or Incorrect Item (Custom) (7 day Return Policy)

- In this initial email please include basic information. (Name, Preferred email [if differs from one used], description of issue with product, order number, photo of defective or incorrect product
- Please allow up to two business days for a response. ( We strive to respond the same day.)
- All potential claim emails must be sent to us within Seven (7) days from the time you received the product.
- We reserve the right to verify that the item or items are defective or incorrect.This may not be required.
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following options.
- A replacement of the defective or incorrect product.
- A refund to your original payment method.
Important
Claims Submitted after the seven(7) day window may not be eligible.
Standard Returns (Non Custom) (14 day return Policy)

- In this initial email please include basic information. (Name, Preferred email [if differs from one used], description of issue with product, order number, photo of defective or incorrect product,)
- Please allow up to two business days for a response. ( We strive to respond the same day.)
- All potential claim emails must be sent to us within fourteen (14) days from the time you received the product.
- All items being returned must be shipped back to us (customer pays return shipping fees) undamaged, unused, unwashed, and otherwise un-tampered with.
- Refunds are issued five (5) to seven (7) business days after the returned item (items) are received.
- Custom items are not eligible for standard returns
Important
Claims submitted outside of the fourteen (14) day window may not be eligible for returns.
Non Returnable Items
- Discontinued non custom items.
- Items with personalization such as; names, non custom colors, any other customer specific personalization.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Order Cancellations
- Any canceled orders must be canceled within twelve (12) hours of order placement.
- It may not be possible to cancel your order beyond this window.
