This is intended to be a generic overview of what is/is not acceptable for custom work orders.

We are liberal minded and understand that everyone's idea of funny and what is appropriate is a little bit different. These rules serve as a common-sense guide to help JJ Outlaw Creations LLC maintain our moral, ethical and legal compass.

  1. absolutely no depictions of child abuse of any form.

To help keep our stance clear "Peeing Calvin" is a easily searchable example of a decal  This is acceptable. Argued in court in North Carolina, and was found to be covered under free speech with no obscenity laws violated.

2.  No depictions of nudity (when in public display).

We will not refuse custom orders depicting general nudity of adult male, female or other figure for private use. Copyright and Licensing of someones likeness is very much a thing.  Due to obscenity laws, it is your responsibility (the customer) to ensure that content of a pornographic or adult nature is not publicly displayed. JJ Outlaw Creations LLC will not be held liable—legally or otherwise—for your placement decisions.

3.  No depictions or text references to any type of discrimination / violence.

This includes, but is not limited to: racial slurs or actions, domestic violence, violence against any individual based on race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, preferred pronouns, child abuse of any kind and it can not incite others to violence (a riot). We reserve the right to refuse any work that we feel violates these standards. Each order will be evaluated individually using these guidelines as reference.
